Directions to Berry College

FROM ATLANTA:~1.3 HRS

1. Take I-75 N to Rome-Canton Exit 290.

2. Take left off exit, drive 2.5 miles, then road ends at a light.

3. Turn left; then take an immediate right onto Hwy 41 N.

4. Take Hwy 411 S exit (on right).

5. Turn right at light onto East Rome Bypass (Rome Loop 1).

6. Turn right at light (see The Martha Berry Museum on left) onto Martha Berry Hwy (U.S. Hwy 27 N).

7. Drive 0.7 miles, then turn left into Berry College main entrance.

8. Follow directions (below) to the Mountain Campus.

FROM SOUTH ATLANTA/ATLANTA AIRPORT AREA:~1.75 HRS

1. Take I-285 N to Camp Creek Parkway. Take left (west).

2. Camp Creek Parkway becomes Thornton Rd when crossing Fulton Industrial.

3. Cross over I-20 and continue west on Thornton Rd.

4. After crossing Bankhead Hwy, Thornton Rd becomes US 278.

5. Continue west on US 278 through Hiram and Rockmart.

6. Turn right on GA 101 to Rome (19 miles).

7. Take US 27 N until arriving at Berry College main entrance.

8. Turn left into Berry College main entrance.

9. Follow directions (below) to the Mountain Campus.

FROM BIRMINGHAM:~2.25 HRS

1. Take I-59 N to I-759 at Gadsden.

2. Take 411 N from Gadsden to Centre.

3. At Centre, take Alabama 9 to Georgia. (Alabama 9 becomes GA State 20 at state line.) Follow Hwy 20 into Rome.

4. At Floyd Medical Center (on right) in Rome, turn left onto Hwy 27/Martha Berry Hwy. (Note sign for Oak Hill and The Martha Berry Museum.) 

5. Turn left into Berry College main entrance.

6. Follow directions (below) to the Mountain Campus.

FROM CHATTANOOGA:~1.5 hrs

1. Take I-75 S to Exit 312 (Hwy 53).

2. Take Hwy 53 W through Calhoun to Rome (approximately 25 miles).

3. Turn right onto Rome Loop 1 (Veterans Memorial Hwy) at the light.

4. Turn right at the 3rd light onto Hwy-27/Martha Berry Hwy. (Note sign for Oak Hill and The Martha Berry Museum on left.)

5. Drive 0.7 miles, then turn left into Berry College main entrance.

6. Follow directions (below) to the Mountain Campus.

Directions through Berry College campus to WinShape Retreat

1. Stop at the Berry College Welcome Center gate and ask for a map to the Mountain Campus. (Be prepared to show identification.)

2. Follow road to roundabout.

3. Take 2nd right in roundabout and pass Hermann Hall (brick building on left).

4. Turn right at the stop sign (T-intersection).

5. Take the first left and travel approximately 3 miles.

6. After the speed bump, take a left at the four way intersection to WinShape Retreat. (The WinShape Centre will be in front of you.)

7. Turn right at the white brick WinShape Retreat sign.

8. Proceed between the second white brick sign.

9. After parking, walk up the center walkway.

10. Go to the second building, marked “Registration,” on your right. This is the Grand Chalet.

11. Check in at the Front Desk.
